XANDOR Automotive is always trying to improve and change for the better. In this spirit, Kayhan Güngör, our plant manager of our manufacturing site at Baden-Baden came up with a brilliant idea. Why not using the closure days between Christmas and New Year to make a change and setting new standards at our manufacturing area?

This idea didn’t take long to be realized. Soon, an agile workshop with the goal to improve the manufacturing site at Baden-Baden was set up to set new standards for 2021 and the following years. Kayhan found 31 volunteers who were motivated and eager to make significant changes. After three days, many paint buckets, lots of scraping and cleaning our exhausted but happy volunteers achieved an incredible result! It is not only the extraordinary result of this workshop but the team spirit that made it happen which is truly inspiring.

Starting 2021 by setting new standards is very motivating! We are more than ready for new customers and new programs to launch.
